$210 per therapy hour

This includes a 50-minute session, with 10 minutes allotted for chart review and progress notes.

Insurance

Psychological services are not covered by provincial health insurance (e.g., MSI), but may be covered by some private health insurance plans. Please contact your private insurance provider directly to determine what your plan covers.

Resonate Therapy does not offer direct billing to insurance companies, so payment is required in full at the beginning of your session.

Some insurance policies require a physician’s referral for reimbursement of psychological services.

Cancellation Policy

Appointment times are reserved for you. Appointments missed or cancelled with less than full 24 hours notice will be billed to you at the full rate of the scheduled service.  

Please try to give at least a week’s notice if you know that you might not be able to make your appointment. For Monday appointments, please cancel by the preceding Friday at noon at the latest. Appointments scheduled on the first day following a holiday must be cancelled/rescheduled by noon on the last business day before the holiday.

If you arrive late by 20 minutes or more for a session, this will be considered a missed appointment. Insurers will not pay for late cancellation/missed appointment fees.

The late cancellation/missed appointment fee may be waived at the discretion of Dr. Grant in the event of emergencies, serious or highly contagious illness, or inclement weather causing hazardous road conditions.
